On May 9, the opening ceremony of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering was successfully held in Cherating, Malaysia. Kong Qi, Vice President of CHEC and General Manager of the ECRL project, Noor Azlan Bin Salleh – Project Director of the owner Malaysia Rail Link (MRL), and representatives from various participating branches attended the opening ceremony.
The official start of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering is another major milestone in the construction of the ECRL project, marking that the ECRL project finally ushered in the start of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering, and the project construction has entered a new stage after years of civil construction and housing construction, careful design, equipment procurement and formation of implementation team. The owner expressed warm congratulations on the start of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering and highly affirmed the high-quality construction of the ECRL project by the CCCC team.
Centring on the next step of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering, Kong Qi made specific arrangements in the following five aspects: First, grasp the fine resource organization. In response to the actual situation of long production cycle of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification materials and equipment and the complex approval process, we should plan the layout in advance to ensure that the materials and equipment enter the market on time. Second, strictly grasp the safety management. In response to the key and difficult points and safety risks involved in the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering, we should do a good job in hidden trouble investigation, strictly implement the QHSE management requirements, and ensure that the safety situation is stable and controllable. Third, grasp the quality management. We should establish the determination to build a century-old high-quality project, and ensure that the quality of the project meets the design requirements. Fourth, pay close attention to the construction period. We should rationally arrange the construction according to the overall construction period targets, and ensure the orderly connection of the project before and after the station. Fifth, do a good job in green construction. We should keep the bottom line of ecological and environmental protection, adhere to green construction, improve process standards to reduce resource waste, and protect Malaysia’s green hills and rivers.
The opening ceremony of the Communications-Signaling-Power-Electrification Systems Engineering has also received extensive media attention, and many domestic media such as CCTV and China News Service and more than 10 local media in Malaysia reported on the event at the site.
