Executive - Admin
Job Description
- Handle departmental administrative requirements – expense claims, meeting arrangements, inter-project coordination, hotel bookings, air passage bookings and logistic coordination.
- Filing and document control.
- Organize Monthly and Periodic meetings.
- Consolidate and gathering of reports from various project sites.
- Coordinate and communicate with various level of the management, client & vendors for efficiency and desired results
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word & Power Point.
- Minimum 5 years experience in general administration & good communication skills.
