2023 is the "tough year for civil construction" of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project constructed by CHEC, and the project has ushered in the peak of civil construction. Centering on the annual plan of the project and the goal of the labor competition in the first half of the year, Divisions I-VII have comprehensively overfulfilled the goal of "Half of the Time, Half of the Tasks ", which added a bright color to the progress of the project.

Recently, the 8 Shenton Way Mixed-use Building Renovation Project in Singapore, undertaken by CHEC, has successfully entered the stage of test pile concrete pouring.

Recently, as the tower crane put the last bucket of concrete in place, ECRL has successfully completed the mid-span closure of the 108m-long continuous beam of the Dungun River Super-large Bridge, and the last "obstacle" of the T beam erection of the ECRL Division 4 has been broken through, and the T beam erection will usher in the important stage of fast construction.

The ROB24 Road Bridge, 260m long, consists of 12 spans and 72 T beams, including 40m-long T beams for the main line of the overpass railway.

Recently, the T-beam erection of No. 5 super-large bridge in Division 1 of ECRL Project has been successfully completed, marking the completion of T beam erection of the first super-large bridge along the whole line of the project.
