Design and construction of the extension to the existing quay, comprising a 1,200m long southerly extension to the Phase 1 quay, including a full fendering system, crane rails, mooring bollards and associated quay furniture. It consists of 4 nos. -17.5m depth berths (The berthing area can be further deepened to -18.5m). Super-deep “T” style diaphragm Wall structure is adopted in the Project.
The project was completed and taken over 37 days prior to the Contract Completion Date and received unanimous praise from the Employer and the Engineer.
