CHEC Construction (M) Sdn Bhd has been honourably awarded three ISO certificates of Quality management system, Environmental management system and Occupational health and safety management system by Lloyd’s Register. The scope of approval comprises Construction of Port and Waterway Project (including Dredging & Marine works), Highway & Expressway Project, Bridge Project, Tunnel Project, Building Works as well as Project Management for Trackwork Construction.
The preparation for ISO certification began in October 2017. With the joint efforts of all personnel in the organisation, CHEC Construction (M) Sdn Bhd successfully passed the ISO certification audit after two stages of audit conducted by Lloyd’s Register. CHEC Construction (M) Sdn Bhd was officially certified and granted the ISO certificates on February 25, 2019.
The acquisition of the three certificates will provide good foundation for management improvement, market operation and sustainable development of the organisation.
