Recently, with the stitching of the last piece of geotextile completed, the first node of the specific work “bottom geotextile laying” under the Sarawak Second Trunk Road B1 Section was successfully completed on schedule, laying a good foundation for the completion of the subsequent node targets and the overall performance of the project.
As the first project independently implemented by CHEC in the East Malaysian market, this project shoulders the important task of “accumulating self-management experience, cultivating excellent teams, and developing the East Malaysian market”. The project set up a special project youth shock brigade for the specific work, who, centering on the node target of the special work, organized the labor, materials and machines by itself, transferred the daily management and assessment to the construction team, overcame multiple difficulties such as serious shortage of local resources, organized the villagers near the project site to form a work team, and finally achieved the first node target on schedule. During the project construction, the project department also relied on deep self-management, actively implemented CHEC’s ideas that “pricing is management” and that “project is cost center”, and vigorously strengthened the collaborative construction of the “project management platform” and “marketing platform”.
In the next step, the project department will continue to comprehensively promote the efficient progress of the production and operation of the project with the construction of enterprise quota store, P6 pilot, special works and other work as the starting points, and continue to “expand market through on-site construction” while performing the project with high quality.
