This project is located at the Pacific coast city of Manzanillo, 800km away from Mexico City. This construction contract comprises the construction of Phase 1 – Stage 1A container terminal capable of handling approximately 400,000 TEU per annum with the following, but not limited to, general characteristics: 720 m long Quay / Wharf; Approximately 28.5 hectares that includes container storage yard complete with all necessary heavy duty pavements for container handling equipment operations, container stacks, fencing, electrical distribution, lighting, firefighting system, potable water, infrastructure, drainage system, services and facilities required for efficient container terminal operations; and back up area which will allocate terminal buildings such as administration, maintenance workshop, gatehouses, CFS, customs and other support buildings, as well as other operational areas; Intermodal Zone complete with all necessary railings and items for efficient operations.
