2023 is the “tough year for civil construction” of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project constructed by CHEC, and the project has ushered in the peak of civil construction. Centering on the annual plan of the project and the goal of the labor competition in the first half of the year, Divisions I-VII have comprehensively overfulfilled the goal of “Half of the Time, Half of the Tasks “, which added a bright color to the progress of the project.
In the first half of the year, the project department has fully implemented the decisions and deployment of the Group’s leadership on the optimization of the construction period, continued to optimize the construction organization and design, cooperated to do a good job in the five major campaigns of “business contract and survey design, civil and housing engineering, track engineering, four-power system engineering, joint debugging and test and delivery”, paid close attention to the two main lines of “output value” and “key routes”, and comprehensively promoted the high-quality and balanced development of the project. At the same time, the project department has also implemented the requirements of the Group’s labor competition of “6 Competitions, 6 Creations • Three-type First-class Cup”, continued to organize and carry out the labor competition of “creating high-quality products, ensuring safety, and lifting the climax of civil construction”, steadily promoted the construction of ECRL, ensuring that the department won the civil construction battle and successfully completed the stage objectives of the project. Andthe on-site construction and production continued to maintain a good momentum of rapid progress. As of the end of June, more than 21,000 people have participated in the construction of the whole project, and Divisions I-VII of the Project have all overfulfilled the planned output value target in the first half of 2023.
In the second half of the year, ECRL project will hold on to the annual target of the project, make persistent efforts based on the work in the first half of the year, continue to carry out labor competitions, accelerate the implementation of the project, so as to ensure the completion of the established work objectives of the project.
