Recently, the equipment of the first sleeper production line of the 10th Division of ECRL Division 10 has arrived at the site on schedule, marking that the equipment installation work for the tracklaying base of the project started.
There are two sleeper production lines in Division 10, which undertake the task of producing about 1.2 million sleepers of six types for the whole line. According to the key assessment nodes, the project department arranged the schedule and goals. It has worked closely with the Materials and Equipment Division of the General Manager Department in the whole process from bidding to contract negotiation and contract signing. In addition, it has also worked together with the superior department to set up a working group of equipment supervision and transportation support to coordinate with and determine the on-site supervision personnel. During the manufacturing process of sleeper production line, the technical standards and parameters will be tracked and checked through on-site supervision, video conference and group discussion, etc., so as to promote efficient production. Additionally, the project department made advanced planning for the key processes such as packing, shipping, customs clearance and transportation, and dynamically monitor the whole process to ensure the timely arrival of the sleeper production line equipment, which provides a strong guarantee for the sleeper prefabrication.
In the next step, the project department will carry out the installation and debugging of the girder crane and equipment of the production line, so as to meet the production requirements of the sleeper prefabrication and ensure the smooth realization of the node target of the long-rail direct laying this year.
