Recently, the T-beam erection of No. 5 super-large bridge in Division 1 of ECRL Project has been successfully completed, marking the completion of T beam erection of the first super-large bridge along the whole line of the project.
The total length of No. 5 super-large bridge in Division 1Section 5 bridge is about 3,900 metersm, with 123 spans and a total of 492 T-beams. Since the erection of the first T-beam started on November 21, 2022, in order to complete the erection task safely and efficiently, the project construction team has held several special meetings on T-beam erection, repeatedly studied beam transport and beam erection schemes, and trained relevant managers and operators for training disclosure. During the construction, the project team was organized the construction scientifically, constantly optimized the construction process and personnel allocation were optimized constantly, and improved the connection between the working procedures was improved. The project team has overcame the construction difficulties such as personnel shortage and construction in rainy season construction, and took the lead in reaching target outputachieving production on the whole line (1 span per day). The project lasted nearly 6 months and successfully completed the T-beam erection of the No.5 Bridge.
The successful completion of T-beamthe erection of T beam of No. 5 Super-large bridge in SectionDivision 1 is another achievement in the labor competition of “6 Competitions, 6 Creations • Three-type First-class Cup”. All the staff of the project will work together to devote themselves to the follow-up work with full enthusiasm and strive for the annual output target.
