660

The ROB24 Road Bridge, 260m long, consists of 12 spans and 72 T beams, including 40m-long T beams for the main line of the overpass railway. The Bridge crosses the existing roads and water supply pipelines for many times. Besides, the relief elevation difference is large and the road and pipeline relocation is difficult, so the construction faced a great schedule pressure. In order to maximize the progress, maintain the output value, and ensure the unimpeded channel for beam erection of the main line, the project team actively coordinated various resources, organized several field visits to beam manufacturing and erection units, and actively held program discussions with the owner and the supervisor, and formulated the program where “T-beam erection is conducted in three stages, with the superstructure and substructure carried out simultaneously”. Besides, it meticulously planned and organized three T-beam hoisting operations, successfully completing the erection of 72 T-beams and greatly shortening the original construction period, which provided a guarantee for opening up the secondary line of Malan beam site.

The successful completion of the T-beam erection of ROB24 Road Bridge is another stage achievement in the labor competition of “6 Competitions, 6 Creations • Three-type First-class Cup”. The management team of Division 6 will continue to give full play to the spirit of overcoming difficulties, daring to work hard and act, and fully practice the concept of “product excellence”, so as to make contributions to creating high-quality products and building brand projects.
